Winners of 5,000 AA Miles from Point Me to the Plane Announced!

Winners have been selected for all four contests that ran from June 16 – August 31, 2012:

  • An Overheard on the Plane contest awarded 500 AA miles for the five best Overheard on the Plane submissions through August 31st.  Each individual was allowed up to 3 winning entries for a total of 1500 AA miles.  3 winning entries were selected using random.org.
  • A Twitter contest asking readers to follow Point me to the Plane on our new Twitter account @PointMe2Plane rand through August 31st.  Two new followers were selected to receive 500 AA miles via random.org.
  • A Facebook contest to like our new Facebook page  rand through August 31st. Two new followers were selected to receive 500 AA miles via random.org.
  • A subscribe to post notifications contest ran through August 31st and awarded three individuals 500 AA miles via random.org.
Entries for each contest were alphabetized and then random numbers were selected using random.org for each unique contest.  Congratulations to all winners!!!
Overheard winners were Aaron Philly, Scott NY NY, and Kevin with numbers 2, 46, and 67.

Facebook winners were Dustin R and Scott Y with numbers 20 and 58.

Subscription winners were Caae1, Howard S, and Stacey W with numbers 7, 18, and 44.

If you are one of the lucky winners, please email me at adam@pointmetotheplane.com and I’ll get your miles to you ASAP!  If you didn’t win this time, there will be another chance to win in our Overheard on the Plane Fall 2012 contest which begins in two weeks.  Please start sending in your submissions as I currently only have about three additional weeks of Overheard posts.
