Yep, that’s an actual Braniff advertisement from the 1960s. Clearly they knew all about sex selling back then too. Even Southwest was in on it with this 1971 ad featuring a flight attendant in hot pants and gogo boots. “Remember what it was like before there was someone else up there who loved you?”

Eastern was a little more G rated in their approach…
