Delta Officially No Longer Largest Carrier at Memphis (MEM)

The Memphis Business Journal  reports that American Airlines has taken over the title of largest carrier at Memphis International (MEM), a title held by Delta for years dating back to the days of the Northwest hub. American has increased flights by +35% over the last two years. In total, Memphis has added 86 flights since 2014 thanks to Allegiant, American, GLO, and Southwest. Frontier decreased their flights at Memphis, but actually have more available seats as they switched to larger jets.
