Talk about someone having a bad day on the job… In New York City earlier today, a passenger on JetBlue flight 310 from the Dominican Republic to New York decided to go absolutely haywire on a flight attendant.
Approximately 30 minutes before the flight’s arrival into JFK, a female passenger apparently asked the flight attendant for something. However, the flight attendant did not hear what was said. Teannys Salas, a passenger on the flight, said:
“The [woman] asked for something, but he [the flight attendant] kept going.”
Immediately after the flight attendant passed by the female passenger, a 37-year-old man with the woman got out of his seat and touched the male flight attendant on the shoulder. Salas continued on to describe the incident and say that the man yelled in Spanish:
“You didn’t listen…You guys are here to listen to passengers and to serve them!”
He continued on to say that the flight attendant needed to “find another job,” because he didn’t know “how to work as a flight attendant.”
Once the plane landed, police officers boarded. Though he went with authorities, the man was not subsequently arrested.
