American & United Giving 250-1K Miles for Hurricane Relief, JetBlue Matching

Hurricane Matthew has left a horrible path of destruction, with hundreds dead and homes and businesses destroyed. American and United are both currently rewarding members with miles for donating to the relief efforts.

American – Now, through October 31, for donations of $50 up to $100, American will reward you with 250 AAdvantage® miles. Donations of $100, or more, are eligible for a 500 AAdvantage mile award.

United – Now, through October 21, members who donate $50-$99 USD will receive 250 MileagePlus bonus award miles, members who donate $100- $249 USD will receive 500 bonus award miles and members who donate $250 USD or more will receive 1,000 bonus award miles. United will match the first $100,000 donated.

JetBlue – JetBlue will contribute $100,000 to relief efforts. The airline is also allowing customers to donate TrueBlue points through charitable partners AmeriCares and Concern Worldwide by visiting the TrueBlue donation page here. JetBlue will match up to 500,000 True Blue points.

Delta – Delta is allowing SkyMiles donations to hurricane charities via its SkyWish program.
