Back Again: 20% Off AirBnb Gift Cards on Amazon Tonight!

by Enoch

In the past few trips I’ve taken, I have started to appreciate the flexibility that AirBnb has over traditional hotels. Sure, the accommodations might not be as luxurious as I might be able to get with points and miles, but they are largely functional, and usually fit the bill quite well for family trips or large groups, when standard hotel rooms just won’t do.

AirBnb can bring significant savings, but also unique lodging options that have more of a local flare. For example, you can stay inside a clock tower in London, or sleep in a solar-powered house in the middle of the desert in California.

Tonight, Amazon will be offering 20% off $50 Airbnb Gift Cards, like they did during the Black Friday sale. Prime Members will have access starting 8:05 ET, while non-Prime members will get access starting 8:35 ET. The last time Amazon offered these they sold out in less than 30 minutes, so you might want to bookmark this and come back later tonight.

To use an Airbnb gift card, you have to first apply the gift card to your account before the check-out process. Once you have selected a listing and made an offer/reservation, the balance will be applied to your bookings.

As usual, you might be able to find the gift cards from other merchants, so make sure you crunch the number before jumping on the deal. For instance, my local grocery store carries the card, and offers fuel discounts that amount to about 18% off when coupled with my American Express BlueCash Everyday card.

The deal is likely to go quickly, so don’t procrastinate if you are interested in the deal!

Unless I am mistaken, you could only buy one.. in any case had some money sitting on my AMZN account, so not a bad way to utilize it.
