This morning, Hyatt formally announced their decision to acquire Two Roads Hospitality, a leisure hotel management company with luxury hotels around the globe.

The acquisition allows Hyatt to further expand its portfolio within the luxury destination space. Like Hyatt’s takeover of Small Luxury Hotels this past summer, it also means that World of Hyatt members will have more than ever to choose from. According to the press release, the integration of TRH properties into the World of Hyatt program will take place in 2019.
