United Pilot Charged After Standing Naked “Touching Himself, Waving, & Gyrating” at TSA Agent from Westin Hotel Window

United pilot Andrew Collins, 54, has been charged with indecent exposure after a TSA agent informed police that he saw him touching himself and waving at him from his 10th floor Westin room at the Denver international hotel. The pilot is not disputing the fact that he was standing in the window naked, but he claims that he was not waving or “parading” on purpose, despite multiple witness accounts to the contrary according to the Denver Post. The Denver police dispute his account and say that he not only exposed himself to the TSA agent, but to two other United employees and a passenger.

The suspect did open the window to his hotel room, which overlooks the hotel plaza, and in full view of the public did stand in his window fully nude, exposing himself and his genitalia to the general public

The Captain says he was simply exhausted after being up for over 30 hours due to a thunderstorm across the country and was chatting on the phone. The next thing he knew, police arrived armed with guns and escorted him out of the room in handcuffs

I was getting ready for a shower and was talking on the phone,’ he explained. ‘It was a beautiful morning and I opened the curtains to my window. I couldn’t see the terminal.

His attorney provided even more detail:

From inside the concourse, at that time of the morning, unbeknownst to my client, you can see into the Westin rooms, but the distance is such that you cannot see much other than a human form. My client had a reasonable expectation that no one could see into his window. He was unaware of any people looking at him as he focused on his important phone call while walking around his room. There is zero evidence of any sexual activity demonstrating an intent to arouse or to satisfy the sexual desire of any person.

United says that the pilot has been removed from duty pending an internal review.

This particular pilot was running for president of the Air Lines Pilots Association and is married to a flight attendant.

I’m not sure who I believe.  The pilots story does sound credible, though I’ve never paid much attention to that Westin while transiting at Denver.  What do you think?

Really? TSA, the ones that feel you up and down then repeat? They complained about a naked guy touching himself in a hotel room far, far away? Just got back from China yesterday and between US & China i should be calling SVU.
