On AA flight 704 last Monday from Charlotte to Frankfurt, an American flight attendant called herself “crazy” and a “train wreck”, before later attacking both the crew and two air marshals.

Strangely, the crew noticed the behavior prior to the flight, but AA management did not remove her. Here’s how one of the air marshals described the situation in an affidavit:

“Before we even departed Charlotte, Snow made several unsolicited comments to me that she was ‘crazy’ and a ‘train wreck. I have worked around Snow several times prior to this. Her behavior on Nov. 23 and 24, 2015, was exceptionally unusual.”

Meanwhile the AP is reporting further details from the air marshal:

…while Flight 704 was en route, one flight attendant told him that she slapped her in the face while they were in the aircraft’s middle galley. Around 45 minutes later, he said she shoved him several times on his shoulder and arm as he was seated. She then went to the back of the plane, where she grabbed the collar of another air marshal. About 90 minutes after that she became upset and hit him in the chest with an open palm. Her behavior continued and her fellow attendants were intimidated and unable to perform their duties.

Unbelievably, she and the rest of the crew worked the return flight last Wednesday where she was also reported to be mentally unstable. She was taken into custody in Charlotte as she screamed ‘The Air Marshals are gonna get me!”
