It’s LGBT Pride Month and the Boeing Company is joining in on the celebrations. For the month of June, the Boeing Store has announced that it will put its entire “Celebrating Pride Month” collection on sale and offering free shipping everywhere in the US.

The Boeing Store sells custom-designed apparel, travel accessories, collectibles, books, toys, custom aircraft furniture, and aviation artifacts. It is owned and run by Boeing.
Although physical Boeing Store outlets are closed in the wake of the Coronavirus crisis, purchases are still possible online. For Pride Month, the store is running a #PoweredByPride promotion offering merchandise featuring their 2020 Pride design and offering downloadable wallpapers for anyone to download from their site.
We checked the Airbus Store as well but they don’t seem to have a Pride-themed collection or promotion going on.

The Boeing Pride T-Shirt is on sale for $20 and includes free shipping.
Boeing’s Pride Sale includes five items from their “Celebrating Pride Month.” The sale is offering 20% off the items and free US shipping for the items.
The items on sale include a unisex t-shirt, described as representing “our diversity in overlapping, multi-colored waveforms across all Boeing Commercial, Defense, and Space programs.” The same design is available in a women’s cut.
The designs are also offered on stickers, a water bottle, and a lanyard.

The Upshot
If you’re looking to buy some Pride-themed aviation gear, Boeing’s sale is a great time to stock up. It’s worth noting that while this year’s collection is on sale, they have other Pride items that aren’t on sale.
The Ames Bros men’s and women’s graphic rainbow/airplane t-shirt is not included in the collection. But you can still get 15% off these by signing up for emails.

Just curious since it is LGBT Pride Month, but has anyone come out with any figures on Covid-19 risk among the gay population with AIDs? Nearby Miami-Dade County has a high incidence of people living with AIDS infections, as would I expect Seattle and San Francisco, among other cities, but Covid-19 cases and deaths do not seem to track with a large immunocompromised AIDs infected population. Have any of the drugs enabling AIDs patients to live longer or any of the PREP drugs been investigated for effectiveness against AIDs? What is the current status on lopinavir and ritonavir studies and studies in the NIAID-funded AIDS Clinical Trials Group (ACTG)?
Does Boeing have any straight pride or christian pride shirts available? Why is it ok for one group to have pride but not the other. Black pride and black lives matter is touted, but white pride and white lives matter is denounced. A double standard.
