Another year, another Condé Nast Traveler list with their picks for the world’s best hotels. After combing through responses from 80,000 readers in its annual Readers’ Choice Survey, the magazine released its Gold List 2014 which lists the best places to stay in the world. China, Colombia, Italy, and Peru were noted as markets to watch out for when it comes to new luxurious properties. Check out the full 2014 results here, a few of the winners even accept points!

I like their France list…..we stayed at Eze and Aix this past summer and Eze is most definitely one of the most aspirational sites ever…….all cash no points………….will do Vendome this summer 5 nights of pre-devaluation nights………
