The NY Post, reports that a Newark Airport TSA screener was driving drunk in a restricted area near Newark Airport on January 3rd. She was so boozed up that she was driving with only one boot on…perhaps getting ready to go through screening (she must not have pre-check).
Officers allowed her to put her right boot back on her foot, but when she was stepped out of the car, she appeared unsteady on her feet and lost her balance, causing her to flunk a field sobriety test. She later submitted to a Breathalyzer and recorded a .17 blood-alcohol reading, more than twice the legal limit. She was charged with driving while intoxicated. A spokesman for the Transportation Security Administration said a woman by the name worked for the agency.
