Interesting interview this morning on the Today Show with attorney Tom Demetrio who is already representing Dr. David Dao. He clarified that the mother involved in the American incident was NOT hit in the head with a stroller. Instead, she was upset that the stroller came very close to hitting her baby as it was grabbed out of her hands. Demetrio says the mother contacted him for advice and he will be her counsel, but no lawsuit is pending. In the case of David Dao, a lawsuit is definitely on the way and the lawyer confirmed that a direct one-to-one apology from United CEO Oscar Munoz would do nothing at this point. another headline- and money-grabbing lawyer who only cares about his own fame and how he pretends to care about these victims. another hypocritical “christian”.
[…] Update: The mother has contacted the attorney who is representing that United passenger who was dragged off the plane. The attorney also confirmed that the woman was not hit in the head. Full updated details here. […]
Henry Lax- your comments about the lawyer are ignorant. It doesn’t matter if he cares or not for his client, whether he’s “money-grabbing” or not, Christian or not, he is doing the job he was hired for. He is there to represent the victim.
American upgrades this lady to international first class and she still calls a lawyer. And this is why nobody gets compensation for anything anymore these days.
