Earlier this week, The LA Times reported that a passenger rights group is claiming that Delta is shaming passengers into purchasing more expensive seats once they arrive at the airport. The group does not approve of Delta’s “car salesman tactics”. Of course, my favorite part of the article is the 90+ reader comments (click see comments all the way on the right). Delta says they are providing travelers with additional options and “innovative pricing”, allowing passengers to customize exactly what they are paying for.
