For those who watched the 2nd Presidential Debate in the United States, you may remember Ken Bone, who asked one of the questions during the town hall-style debate. No one is sure exactly why…perhaps it was his red sweater, his white tie, his mustache, or his name, but he has overnight turned into somewhat of an internet meme.
Audiences on stage at the town hall-style debate were all purportedly undecided voters. But it looks like Ken Bone has at least decided on one thing…

That’s right. Ken Bone is the new brand influencer for UberSELECT, which is just launching in the St. Louis area, where the debate was held. UberSELECT is basically a luxury version of Uber, between UberX and UberBlack. It costs approximately double of UberX; instead of a regular car, your ride will be a luxury vehicle like a BMW or a Lexus.
Prior to being an “brand influencer,” Bone has apparently never used Uber before. His took his first ride just this morning, in a Tesla, before answering questions from the media. With his new fame, he said he will now be using Uber to get from one media event to another. An Uber spokesperson told St. Louis Post-Dispatch that Bone is being paid in free rides.
Uber might not be the last thing Ken Bone endorses, however. He apparently has a meeting in Washington with representatives from Izod, the company that makes his now-famous red sweater.
