Alitalia has officially unveiled their new livery…and it’s pretty similar to their previous design sans the green stripe. They’ve maintained the A on the tail, gone for “eurowhite”, and updated the size and placement of Alitalia.
Those who attended the reveal were able to tour the new business and economy class cabin layouts. Check out Flight-Report for details on both as well as pictures of the updated amenity bags, meal options, and a preview of the upcoming uniform changes.

It is interesting to see how an airline that has been on the brink of bankruptcy/failing/collapse/implosion now has a second life and actually getting better. Never underestimate the Italians and their ability to dig themselves out do a hole.
