EgyptAir Flight MS804 Recorders Heading to Paris for Repairs

by Adam

The Egyptian investigative committee says that the damaged flight recorders from the EgyptAir MS804 crash will be sent to France this week for repairs. They are hoping that the French BEA accident experts will be able to remove salt deposits from the memory chips which contain vital voice and flight data. If the cleaning and rehabilitation processes are successful, the chips will be returned to Egypt for full analysis.
