What’s a 787 Dreamliner pilot to do while the entire fleet is grounded? Make a YouTube rap video of course. Hopefully his explicit language doesn’t keep him grounded when the Dreamliners are finally allowed back in the sky! Warning – Explicit Language

Dear friends and fellow pilots,

The following content is not meant to harm anyone’s feelings for the company. I love Air India and am very thankful to ICPA [Indian Commercial Pilots Association] for making every effort to get us out [of[ the mess we are in. This is for all you guys … Enjoy the music video.

Update – As per the Times of India, the pilot spent hours with his seniors trying to explain his conduct. He is learnt to have given a written apology to the management for inadvertently hurting anyone. A senior AI official said: “Discipline has to be maintained by all employees. People are free to leave the company and then do what they want. Will any private company tolerate such behaviour from any employee? We will examine his track record before taking a final view on his immature act.” “The pilot is in the wrong profession. Since he is so talented as a musician, he should have been in a rock band,” said a top AI official.
