If you are celebrating in the United States we have the top three best cities to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in measured across many factors such as most Irish pubs and bars, and least expensive three star hotel in the area.

On St. Patrick’s Day there is 153% more spirits sold, and 174% more beer sold than on an average day of the year. I expected it would be more, of course, but that’s nearly double the amount of beer!

Historically the city with the best weather on St. Patrick’s Day is Colorado Springs CO. The worst weather is typically Knoxville TN. Definitely a factor when determining the best cities to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

The most Irish pubs per capita is New York City, followed closely by Chicago
which has the most St. Patrick’s Day themed parties and festivals.

The city with the highest cost to party (celebrate and stay) for St. Patrick’s Day is Brownsville TX. The most affordable places (including the lowest price three star hotels in these areas) is #1 Las Vegas NV, #2 Madison WI, #3 Warren MI.
