US Airways
The US Airways Dividend Miles StoreFront is offering up to 1,000 bonus miles when you shop with selected merchants.  The T&Cs state that now through 12/31/12 11:59 PM EST, you’ll receive 300, 500 or 1,000 bonus miles when you spend $150, $250 or $500 online through the Dividend Miles StoreFront. The maximum number of bonus miles a member can earn is limited to 1,000 and you’ll have to wait 8-10 weeks for the bonus miles to post to your account. The T&Cs get a little confusing in that they state that the increased earning opportunities are for a limited time only and at the discretion of each individual merchant. It’s unclear whether this statement applies to the additional miles each merchant is offering or if it applies to the overall bonus.  I would guess that the 300, 500, or 1,000 mile bonus is granted regardless of the merchant though.

American and United
As per a previous post, AA and United have similar promotions…
The  AAdvantage eShopping mall has sort of matched United’s offer of 500 miles for every $250 in spend, though AA sets the limit at only 2,000 miles, whereas UA caps it at $2500. Check out the AA offer here, which is only open to AAdvantage members who are enrolled in the AAdvantage eShopping mall as of November 18, 2012 and shop between November 18, 2012 and December 17, 2012. Miles post 8-10 weeks from the end of the bonus offer period and all AA eShopping merchants are eligible including Apple, Best Buy, Bloomingdales, Gap, iTunes, Macy’s, Staples, Target, Toys “R” Us, Walgreens, Walmart, etc.
