United Sent Me This After Downgrading My Elite Status…

Last month I wrote about my Downgraded Elite Status by United, though I guess there was a delay in forwarding on my new general member status to the customer loyalty / marketing department. I just received this in the mail from United, “helping me to set my bag apart when traveling”:

  1. Aaa ah the friendly skies….no idea about impact of actions. Which is why I am an EXP on American but with my eyes wide open if service deteriorates after the merger I will look at other options.
