Let’s hope that the pilots working for Emirates happen to know the difference between New York City and San Francisco when they are flying. In Italy, an advertisement for the Dubai-based carrier’s route from Milan to New York’s JFK Airport was placed in a metro station. Unfortunately for Emirates, if an eager traveler wished to see the bridge featured in the advertisement, they would have to fly to SFO instead!
Twitter user @MGrace86 noticed this humorous ad agency error and posted it. Presumably, Emirates was hoping to capture the beauty of the Brooklyn Bridge (which a traveler would be able to see, should they arrive at JFK), but made a little error along the way. In case you forgot what each bridge looks like, you can refer below for a quick visual reminder!
