I’m away in Curacao this week so I’ll be reposting some of the Easy Points entries from the last few weeks in case you haven’t yet had a chance to take advantage of any of them. Happy Holidays!
1000 UA MileagePlus miles for signing up for Thanks Again
First, go here to sign up for a Thanks Again account (you need an account before you can register for the promo).
Next, go here to register for the 1000 point promo, a VISA card and cell phone number are required. Click the existing member link on the bottom right.
Next, once logged in to Thanks Again, click the My Account link and you’ll see a banner ad on the right side of the screen stating “Want to get rewards on-the-go?” click there and go through the registration process.
That’s it, you should have your points in 4-6 weeks. This is another one of those mobile / text offers so remember to unsubscribe once the points post if you are no longer interested in receiving text message offers.
Update (thanks Dan@Memphis) – You can choose to enroll with AA, Delta, or US Airways to earn 1000 points in their programs instead. Replace the UA registration link in step 1 with any of the following: AA, Delta, US and then follow the other steps as normal above. You could even potentially use this as a US Airways Grand Slam qualifying activity once that promo kicks off.
Update 2 – Several readers have been able to take advantage of the Thanks Again 1,000 mile offer with all participants including UA, AA, Delta, and US Airways by using different credit cards and pinger (text free) in the sign up process. However, note that this does violate the T&Cs that state one mileage bonus per household.
750 UA MileagePlus miles for signing up with MyPoints
Use this link to sign-up for MyPoints and earn 750 UA miles. The points should post in 6-8 weeks.
That’s it, 1,750 UA miles in a few minutes. Looking for other easy point earning opportunities, check this link.
