Hilton is currently doing a flash sale for hotel bookings in Asia-Pacific and in the Americas. You will get the highest discount as a Hilton HHonors member (free to join).
Properties in the Americas are eligible for a discount of up to 20% (full terms and conditions here).
- Valid for stays from December 18, 2016 to January 8, 2017
- Book before 11:59 pm ET December 7, 2016
- Conrad and Waldorf Astoria hotels are excluded
For stays in Asia-Pacific, you can get up to 40% off under this flash sale (full terms and conditions here).
- Valid for stays through April 17, 2017
- Book before 11:00 am ET December 9, 2016
- Hotels in Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China are excluded
For most of the properties I checked, the discounts appear to be taken off the flexible rate. However, in order to be eligible for this discount, the stays are booked as advanced purchases. This means you will have to pre-pay for them in full, and won’t be able to cancel or make changes. Still, there are some pretty good deals through this promotion, since they overlap with holiday travels.
For example, you can save 40% on a night at the Conrad Bali, in a Deluxe King Lagoon room, with direct access to the lagoon right at your doorstep.
Keep in mind that there is also a Winter Sale going on, where you can get weekend stays for up to 30% off until the end of 2017 in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Between these promotions, you basically have all the continents covered!
In addition to all these promotions, Hilton is currently offering triple points if you book via their mobile app. They recently extended the promotion so you will earn triple points on stays (register here). This offer is stackable with the 5,000 bonus HHonors points when you book via the app and pay with a Visa card (register here). Of course, you can always book these stays online directly with Hilton as an alternative.
Will you take advantage of the Hilton Flash Sales?
