JetBlue’s Flying it Forward program is pretty awesome. It’s a chain of free flights, gifted from one person to the next, one passenger paying it forward after another. It started with Tameka Lawson, a Chicago resident who wanted to represent her non-profit at a conference in New York. JetBlue flew her there for free, on the condition that she pass the flight along to someone else in need. Since then there have been Valentine’s Day meet-ups, family reunions, supply deliveries to Colombian cycling teams, proposals, and more.
