I may currently be in Bangkok, but that doesn’t stop some awesome readers from emailing in about a Vanilla Reload delivery at a local CVS. From the picture it looks like they have a ton of them at this east side midtown location. I hear they are honoring the semi-new policy of not limiting your VR purchases, though you will have to have your ID scanned by a manager prior to paying. I won’t post the location here, but if you are in the NYC area and in need of VRs, feel free to email me for details (address removed, see update below).

To the rest of the country..why a post on in-stock VRs? They are that much harder to find in the city when compared to fully stocked local locations in Long Island, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Though there is one store that keeps their VRs behind the counter and normally has  a few available as well. This should be helpful with the crazy spending requirements for these two – see 2 Citi Executive / AAdvantage World Elite MasterCards Received!!!

Please be respectable of your fellow readers!

Going forward I’ll post updates like this to Twitter immediately. Follow along on Twitter – @PointMe2Plane

Update –  Wow…and that must be a record. Thanks to Lilly for the tip that this location is now out of cards!

@TK – I’m in Lumpini @ the W. The taxi drivers know which roads to avoid due to the protests and besides adding a few minutes on to your journey, you should be fine taking a taxi.
