Bon Appétit Magazine’s Best New Restaurants of 2015
Bon Appétit Magazine recently published their top new restaurants of 2015 in the United States. As someone who has been known to drive over an hour out of the way to eat at a specific restaurant (or often, shack on the side of the road), this list creates so many possibilities!
The 10 restaurants that you must absolutely consider are:
- AL’s Place – San Francisco, CA
- Gjusta – Los Angeles, CA
- Petit Trois – Los Angeles, CA
- Semilla – Brooklyn, NY
- Parachute – Chicago, IL
- Dai Due – Austin, TX
- Kindred – Davidson, NC
- Rintaro – San Francisco, CA
- Manolin – Seattle, WA
- Milktooth – Indianapolis, IN
With the heavy West Coast lean of the list (5 out of 10!), I was surprised to see that the editorial offices of Bon Appétit were actually located in New York City. Whodathunkit!
