The fact a US based airline even rated is surprising. I like Delta’s service and hard product as much as the next guy but I am suspicious.
Did this survey only include FA’s that fly internationally?

This is very surprising. I wonder what the sample was. The Middle East airlines certainly provide a fine product for the passenger. But the cabin crew are not very well paid (by US standards) and work under draconian conditions. I once offered some newspapers I had read to cabin crew in the F galley on a Middle East carrier. They thanks me politely but said that they were not permitted to read while working (this on a 12+ hour flight).

I chatted with an Emirates crew at the Hilton Lyon and and was not too impressed………but I really think the days where there is a chance I will be impressed are done and gone………

well, after 16 years and 15 of it complaining, I can assure you my GF would never go back to her company she is at now. she works at ANA and other than the fact she makes 100k with her per diem and she contributes quite a bit to her parents health, she would have been out a loooong time ago.
