Wow, this is quite the update to a crazy story from over the weekend. It turns out that the man involved in the mid-flight romp had a pregnant fiancee at home, while the woman is actually a mother of three.
Tracey Bolton, 39, is a café owner and had been drinking at Manchester airport before hopping on top of Shaun Edmondson, 31, who is also from the UK and was headed off on a bachelor party.
The Daily Mail reports that Tracey told a friend that nothing actually happened and that it was simply a lap dance:
“I am absolutely mortified. What started as a bit of drunken madness has gone worldwide. I am horrified but absolutely nothing happened. I haven’t stopped crying since I saw it. I am so embarrassed,’ she added.”
Meanwhile, Shaun has apparently gone into hiding after the video went viral and he was exposed to have a six-months pregnant fiancee at home:
“But he has completely gone into hiding since this has all kicked off. He could still even be over there. Apparently none of his family, or his girlfriend have been able get in touch with him. He’s gone absolutely AWOL. I don’t believe it was actually his stag do, I think it was for one of his mates.”
Forgot about heading to the bathroom to join the mile high club, these two passengers got at it while still in their seats (well the female passenger appears to have “relocated” temporarily). The story of course comes to us from The Sun and the airline is of course Ryanair on a flight from Manchester to Ibiza. The in-flight exercise happened apparently one hour after departing from Manchester.
Onlookers described seeing the woman taking off her knickers while the man pulled his trousers off and shouted: “Anyone got a jelly (condom)?”
One passenger who took video of the escapade:
“We all laughed but then ten minutes later they actually did it. They seemed so drunk, they brought a lot of attention to themselves. You could see the girl taking off her pants and he pulled his trousers off. She started riding him. I had to get my phone out. I have never seen anything like that.”
Passengers claim that the crew did not intervene and besides relocating an adjoining passenger, they took no further action.
Ryanair had this to say:
“We are looking into this matter. We will not tolerate unruly, disruptive or inappropriate behavior at any time and any passengers who appear to behave in an unacceptable manner may be liable for further sanctions.”
The Sun has video of the occurrence where other passengers can be heard screaming “yeah shag”.
Wow, really no words to describe this…
