KLM’s Personal Headrest Messages from Family & Friends for Passengers

by Adam

Imagine boarding your international flight and finding a personal message from your loved ones taped to your seat. KLM did just that in advance of the holiday season, enlisting the help of family and friends that they observed with passengers in the departures terminal. KLM invited family and friends to a back room where they could write a special message. KLM and airport staff at AMS then rushed the messages to the aircraft and attached them to the headrests prior to the passengers boarding. A YouTube video (of course) was uploaded documenting the entire process.
